At Greater Buffalo Gymnastics & Fitness Center we are extremely excited to be at the forefront in Western New York of establishing a "Prep-Opt" Team!  The program can offer an alternative to new potential gymnasts and certainly to former USAG Members.  This is a team program that allows the athlete to pursue other outside activites while continuing in the sport they love.  The day, times, and levels of this team commitment is considerably less than that of the USAG program.  For more information on this new program, please call the gym office at (716) 639-0020.
